These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Showed me pictures of the repair needed. Showed me the old parts and explained the whole process of repair. Over and beyond! Will definitely come back.
I can’t recommend Joliet Tire & Auto enough. Two other places looked at my car and couldn’t find anything — but they did. They took their time, stayed after hours, and were incredibly thorough until they found a hidden tracker in a very unusual spot. Their dedication, honesty, and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell they genuinely care and don’t rush the job — they do it right. Truly amazing, kind, and trustworthy people. Highly recommend their service!
