I took my F150 in to get front struts and rear shocks replaced, which then needs alignment. I had called ahead to talk to them to make sure that they can do it and showed up first thing when they open since first come first served. Guys were friendly, work was done as described and right about when they thought it would be ready. Had these guys install a Rubicon Express hd steering asm. and a alignment. Couldn’t be happier! I don’t take my Jeep anywhere else. These guys work on big shit. Lifted and large tires. They are a busy shop but that’s because of the quality work you get when you drive out
Don't expect instant cattle call service like the National shops. Instead they do excellent job at a very fair price, and don't rush them in half done. They will call when your vehicle is ready !!
I dropped off a ram 3500 at 7am. Called twice to see if they were done. The last call was at two o'clock and I was told it was the next to be pulled in. I went there at four thirty assuming it would be done since they close at five. Nope all the employees were leaving and the truck was left on the rack not even started. The guy at the front desk asked if it was ok to leave it overnight. Had him pull it out. They had my truck ten hours and didn't even start on it, not even a phone call.
Had them install 2.5" lift on 95 Wrangler. Asked two different people three times if drive line angle was okay and every time told it was fine. Then they told me I have a vibration in my rear axle and to take it to a differential shop. One look told me the vibration was coming from the steep incline of my drive shaft to transfer case.
