Aubrey with Joliet radiological told me I could not consolidate my 6 accounts. Then told me I could set up a payment plan for 10 a month for each account. Later changed the plan to paying 1/3 of each of the 6 bills every month. Which I said I cannot afford since I've been o off 8 months. I asked if we can move forward setting up the payment plan for 10 per account and was refused. So they'd rather not collect payment I can afford so they can send me to collections. Completely unethical.

I was sent a collections bill for a service I received in August 2021 and it's January 2022. I never received the original bill but they sent me automatically to collections. They claimed they sent several bills to me before sending to collections. Reading these reviews, wow, this company has serious billing issues. They also work with the WORST hospital in the area. I recommend people never go to Amita St. Joe's in Joliet. Used to be a great hospital.

Same billing issues as everyone else. They Were paid by my insurance a year ago. I’ve called them numerous times bc they did send me a bill and they apologized saying they don’t know why it happened. Now they sent me to collections and didn’t even give them my first name. Only my hyphenated last names. How very unprofessional. Now i have to find time to call them and wait on hold forever!
