Very unprofessional service. They never answer phone calls or provide updates on the repair status. The communication is extremely poor, and when it's time to pick up truck, they unexpectedly add storage fees without any reasonable explanation. We tried multiple times to speak with a manager, but we were always told the manager was on vacation or unavailable. we would not recommend this shop to anyone. They charged me 4 hrs labor to install a Clutch fan. This should have been a 2 hr job. Though that is minor compared to this bone headed move. ( See pictures ) Personally I believe it was placed there on purpose, could have been accidental? Either way, it would have been costly for me. Inexperienced. Don't trust them.
