After I ruined my hair by cutting it myself, I went to see Rebecca ( I think that is her name, sorry, I have memory problems) , and the results are lovely.

Clearly Rebecca needs more schooling because Cool Cuts did not give you the skills you require! I have had some bad haircuts over the years, but this is one of the worst! Rebecca said that she COULD cut an A-line Bob prior to the appointment. I told her that I didn't want my hair washed or any product and this made her mad! She asked me in a snarky way "Do you want a good hair cut, or NOT?" I agreed to her getting my hair wet but no products.
