Yes, Angie is talented and we've had a good number of years. Last week the staff advised they have not carried Botox for more than a year now and that you only offer Dysport. I said that's not right. Angie has been injecting my Botox for years. I was shown my chart and sure enough Dysport product numbers were entered with my injections. I was shocked. When I inquired further, Kathy said just because it says tox maintenance doesn't mean it's Botox. Really? She is complicit in what appears to be a coverup and that is no excuse... read more
