My wife and I visited Jolie Vie after I had heard about it from someone at work. I had always been looking to try a Nordic style spa and the thermal cycle experience at Jolie Vie exceeded all my expectations. The facility was setup perfectly and I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. The different options for every stage of the cycle were great. What a wonderful experience! We stayed in one of the Tiny Cabins as part of an Eastern Canada road trip, and we’re so glad we did. We booked the thermal journey for the evening and enjoyed the facilities before retreating to our cozy cabin for the night. Having visited many spas throughout Quebec and Ontario, we can honestly say this was our favorite so far. We especially loved the warm pool with floating noodles. Not relaxing at all no respect for the whisper area and the cold pool is way to small can bearly fit 2 in it. The temperature are way more cold than i am use to for the sauna or the hot pool. Overall very high price for a small area of relaxation....
The thermal experience was amazing—beautiful, clean, and truly rejuvenating. The hot and cold cycles, paired with the peaceful ambiance, made for the perfect escape. The cabins are just as cozy and well-designed, making this a must-visit spot for relaxation. Highly recommend!
