Right on the river in Wiscassett you’ll find this fabulous raw bar. Delicious oysters of course, but so much more. All food prepared fresh and locally sourced. For carnivores the meatloaf burger is to die for. So many seafood choices, but you cannot beat the classic lobster roll with just the right amount of knuckle and claw meat, lemon if you wish but no mayonnaise, in a grilled split top bun from Little Spruce bakery.
In the best kept secret of Wiscasset go in search of this gem of a restaurant. Raw and broiled oysters from local Maine fisheries are a great start to a seafood focused dinner. For three we ordered several plates and shared family style. All dishes have unique and tantalizing flavors. This is a rather hidden gem that treats its customers with care and well served raw sea food We followed the recommendations and tasted the excellent mussels accompanied with a nice Sauvignon blanc and the salmon toast. The place is also decorated with taste and the waitress was kind helpful and served us with a smile. Keep up the good work guys.
We ate there a few nights ago with my dad and it was absolutely delicious ! I highly recommend that address if you are in the area !! The waitress was super nice :))
