Do you not purchase anything from these guys, or from aquascapes. I wound up with a large urn that cost me 1500. Not only was it more than I would have paid had I have simply purchased it on Amazon, but they wanted me to send it back via extra large freight when I realized it was too big. It would have actually cost me more to send it back than it would have to just write it off as a loss. If you want to buy any pond products, just do it through Amazon. The returns are going to be so much easier.
