The service was terrible. This lady completely ruined my birthday plans. I made an appointment with her a week in advance and even messaged to confirm. The day before the appointment, she called to tell me she had a personal appointment at 1 pm, just 30 minutes before mine, and asked if I could come earlier at 10 am. I told her I couldn’t, as I had another appointment at that time. She then asked for 9 am, but I said no because I wouldn’t be able to make it to my 10 am appointment.
