They have beautiful pieces here. I have a love hate relationship. I hate it cause I end up spending so much, love it cause it's great high quality stuff. They mainly have really good quality stuff, sometimes they have similar to the big box store but it's mainly high quality pieces like amisco or dinec. We bought four chairs, two stools, a rug, a painting, coffee cups and magazine holder. They are currently renovating and am excited for them to reopen to see the new store. All the best!
I love this family owned furniture store. I was getting discouraged going to different furniture stores in Ottawa. Most were owned by big corporations and had exorbitant prices with no value added. Deborah was so attentive and informed, she has a great eye and even better listening skills. She listened to me and showed me a couple of sofas that were spot on my style. She sent me links to show my husband and let me bring the leather samples home. Our sofa arrived today and we could not be happier. I came in looking for some furniture for our dining room. I was just browsing around, but Gareth was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind. I went to competitors in Kingston, and found Gareth to be the most helpful in town. Way to go! Its hard to find employees like that these days.
Excellent service received after phoning about an electronic issue with my 5 year old recliner chair. They came within 2 days of calling and fixed the problem. Now that’s great service!! Not something you come by very often these days.
