I was really disappointed with my hair appointment. The stylist only used shampoo, which left my hair feeling dry, and then applied hairspray before curling — this made my hair crunchy instead of soft. My roots felt rough after the blow dry, and overall the finish wasn’t smooth or polished. On top of that, there was no effort to engage in any conversation, which made the experience feel awkward and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel taken care of, and I wouldn’t recommend this service.
Both my kids had an amazing hair transformation at Jolie Hair and Beauty Salon! The staff are highly professional, punctual, and the salon is very clean and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent service, and my kids are absolutely thrilled with their new looks. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great results and a positive experience!
