This review is specifically about my experience at the BALLADS & BOTTLES event held there this weekend. not a fan of the service from bouncers and lady at the front, very rude
Bartender thought I was falling asleep so they kicked me out. She was completely wrong. I had dry eyes due to contact lenses. Nobody helped. Terrible venue. Arbitrary decision and likely discrimination. She deserves to be fired and they deserve to be sued. Displayed a complete lack of empathy and understanding by enforcing a pseudo policy that makes no sense whatsoever. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a venue in nyc as somebody born and raised here.
Our server, Terry, gave the best service and made my trip to NYC so special with his care and attention to detail. He had on the cutest corset, giving a vibe that matched the atmosphere. Very cute spot, so glad we stumbled upon this place. Thank you so much, Terry, for making my brother's birthday one we could remember. I highly recommend the porn star martini he suggested and made for us. It was tasty and flavorful for a martini. We will definitely be back soon and ask for Terry, he will take great care of you!!
