Called to ask about a tire. Very rude people here. Just hung up on me. No cust service at all. Will never use them no matter how bad i need a tire.... Had been coming grom up north thru snow and was shock to hear u were snowed in. Thought it was just heavy rain and possible tornados so when u say snow to a trucker maybe think about were they may have been driving from if they sound surprised. Not everyone has weather channel on 24-7. Sorry for the confusion
