Went into jojo’s for a scheduled wheel alignment & was told that my inner tie rod was dangerously close to failure & it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I took my car home without the service to evaluate the best course forward despite numerous warnings from the technicians. I got home & discovered the technicians hadn’t tightened the tie rod nut back onto my car. Not tightening it back on could’ve lead to serious steering failure.
