Excellent service from a locally owned small business. The price was right as well! I do not see why anyone would ever want to go to a big box tire store again
My daughter had all of her kids in the car. She was an hour away from home, car overheated, called jojos and they said to bring it in. They diagnosed the problem, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. They got her taken care of and back on the road safely.
I cannot say enough commendable things about this company and Erica! I am a mail carrier and my work vehicle is use daily for my job. With that being said, since I use my work vehicle almost daily I have mechanical issues with it often. Erica has helped me COUNTLESS times to ensure my car is ready for work. I can count on her and her company to make sure I am ready for my deliveries. Highly recommend!

On January 16, 2025 I was visiting family in Johnson City and had an issue with a recently purchased used vehicle. I found the issue at 4pm. Erica was able to get an appointment set up for me the next morning at 8am. When I arrived the next morning, she and the staff took excellent care of me. The went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road quickly.
