Cancelled twice on me; once a no call no show
Joann has cut my hair twice in the past, and both times she did a good job. But I've tried to schedule with her other times, and either my appointment times are never confirmed, or something comes up on her end where she texted me to reschedule, or she'd be a no-show. I'm also on the autism spectrum, so I understand the struggle. But since I live 40 minutes away from her salon, and she's not always reliable with everything that she has going on, I won't schedule with her again until her situation improves. Love my new style. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job executing it. I am an adult with medical conditions and she was sensitive and patient to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met.
