I am editing my previous review. Johann did a good job, but I was unable to contact him when we had serious leaks after recent rain storms. I had to get another company to rectify the damage. Johann has since contacted me to advise that he was overseas. I advised Johann to update his “out of office” email message. He has been very apologetic.
If I could, I’d give 11/10 stars. Johann was great. On time, very professional, cleaned up, very good pricing and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Jojo Roof Improvement.
Johann from Jojo Roof Improvement was very professional. He turned up promptly to quote and then also to carry out the repointing, skylight repair and gutter clean. The work was completed in the time frame given and the site was cleaned up after work was completed. I have no reservations in recommending Johann.
Johann is a honest, friendly guy who communicates well. From providing the quote (he listed and outlined the work required very well), he was very responsive and made himself available within a few days and got the job done. He works hard and gets the job done well. Would recommend
