When I tell you, if NEGATIVE stars could be given, I would give it. I should’ve not returned after the initial style that was placed against my better judgement & the changing of price at the end. I initial had a half cornrow braid & sew in curly style that I returned 4 weeks later to boho braid the front for a fresh look for a trip. Terrible. The up charged when I brought my own hair and didn’t style it properly. Left feeling upset and disappointed. Full on tears.

Would not recommend if you have fine hair. Had significant shedding and thinning. Braider ripped through hair with rat tail comb and when cornrowing left knots and broken hair behind. Braids were fine but at what expense when it’s time for take down. More care should be taken when handling clients hair and maintaining hair health and integrity.

Jojo’s was a great experience! They gave my babygirl exactly what she wanted done to her hair & we’re both happy. Jojo was great she greeted me immediately, I showed her the inspo pictures & they got the job done. I’ll definitely be back!
