I feel like I’ve been waiting years to find someone like Isela. She’s incredibly skilled, but also so intuitive and kind — she could tell I was tired and let me enjoy the quiet during my wash, which made the whole experience feel like self-care. And the haircut? Effortlessly stunning The salon has such good energy — warm, grounded, no pretension. Alex at the front is equally lovely. And somehow, it’s only $100 for a wash and cut on the UES? I’m still shocked. I’m never going anywhere else in NYC

I’ve known mostly everyone who works here since they were at Alyssa over 35 years ago. Nobu is a master!!! . I receive compliments on my cut at least twice a month!!! It’s the truth
