Straight to the point very helpful
Unfortunately, the service at this clinic is extremely disappointing. The receptionist rarely answers calls, citing that they are "busy," although in person it was clear they were not. Furthermore, even after arriving for a scheduled appointment, we were kept waiting for over an hour due to poor management and lack of proper scheduling. I would strongly advise seeking care at a more professionally run clinic if possible.
Dr Sharma was so professional and kind, I really trust him and believe he cares about his patients. Breath of fresh air.
