Huge thanks to the amazing team here for helping me with my shoulder muscles and all issues I dealt with during weight lifting. Thank you Adam, Katie, and Cass for helping me out whether it was during the PT work or the dry needling. I’ve had a great experience at Joints in Motion in Mount Pleasant. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping you improve. Adam, Emily, and Cassie were all excellent — they watched closely, gave clear feedback, and made sure I was doing everything correctly so the therapy actually worked the way it’s supposed to. Adam and his entire crew are excellent! That’s why they consistently win the “Best PT” award for our area. As an active and aging dancer, I’ve had a number of issues - sprains, hip replacement rehab, arthritis and, more recently, a broken metatarsal. I have been attending therapy sessions at Joints in Motion, Mount Pleasant, and working with both Adam and Emily. I have previously gone to physical therapy after spinal surgeries, knee and hip replacements as well as a shoulder replacement.
