Rory contacted me to deliver a brace shortly after the order for one was submitted to JIMM. Very professional and caring. Fitted and fully explained how brace worked, suggestions for using it and why settings were as is. Also assisted with crutches and walker that I had. I was much more confident after his visit and he left me his contact info if I had questions.

I have nothing but great things to say about Joints in Motion. I called ahead to arrange a date for a CPM chair to be delivered before my shoulder surgery. The phones were answered promptly and I was told a representative would call me to set up appointment. Jesse called me within an hour and we scheduled the delivery date. He was prompt with the delivery and setup. He thoroughly explained how the chair works. I am very happy with the customer service from JIM. Thank you!!
Joints in Motion helped me get everything I needed prior to my knee surgery. Ross was informative, kind, and well spoken as he educated me on the equipment to use to ease my recovery. I wholeheartedly believe that without their assistance I would not be as successful with my recovery and I would not have been as well informed as how to take care of myself at home after my procedure.
From my experience their equipment is absolute garbage. Seven days post op and the equipment has only worked for four. Not once have I called and anyone answered without leaving a message. I will never waste my time with this joke of company again. You can retrieve your P.O.S. from my front yard. If I could leave zero stars I would.
