Bait and switch business. They tell you anything you want to hear when selling you a post surgery device etc. saying it will be completely covered by your insurance and then stiff you with a bill months later. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointing.
Chuck was fast & friendly! He got me my brace the day after my doc apt & came to my house to complete the service! He made sure it fit well numerous times. Super easy!
Noah was very helpful explained everything really well and offered suggestions to help with my treatment. I must say that the equipment is clunky and not user friendly. The controller is finicky and not quick to respond. At times I had to stop and restart the program it just seems they can use some new equipment. Noah is the only reason there not getting zero stars!!
I have yet to use this company because of their telephone etiquette, they don't answer their phone, they don't return phone calls, my surgery is in 2 days, and they called me first on the 9th, with no extension to call back, so when I did call back I get the warehouse, then it took them until the 16th to call me back again, only to find out that my insurance does not cover their equipment, so now I am scrambling trying to figure this out in 2 days. I have used Joints in Motion on several occasions in the past and had no problems until recently. I had knee surgery recently and needed a cpm machine and another piece of equipment and had to wait and call on several occasions to get something set up to have the equipment delivered to me. Waiting two weeks after they received the prescription for a phone call from any representative when these items were needed immediately due to my knee complications.
