I used the shoulder ice machine it fit like a suit of armor weighty and stiff. heavier when filled with water. best used while sitting up as being stiff it slid off in bed. the 10 inch strap that went around my back had velcro that stick to clothing, blankets, and itself very hard to manage with one arm. relocating the machine and armor to another room was best managed with two people. even in a cart with wheels, it was difficult to manage with one arm. the design of the suit has the water tubes coming off the front side of ... read more

Very poor service
Rory contacted me to deliver a brace shortly after the order for one was submitted to JIMM. Very professional and caring. Fitted and fully explained how brace worked, suggestions for using it and why settings were as is. Also assisted with crutches and walker that I had. I was much more confident after his visit and he left me his contact info if I had questions.
