Very poor service
Rory contacted me to deliver a brace shortly after the order for one was submitted to JIMM. Very professional and caring. Fitted and fully explained how brace worked, suggestions for using it and why settings were as is. Also assisted with crutches and walker that I had. I was much more confident after his visit and he left me his contact info if I had questions.
Special thanks to your Rep, Maggie Geboy! Her personal attention and concern in my time of special need was amazing. Good help is hard to keep and she's one of the BEST!
I have nothing but great things to say about Joints in Motion. I called ahead to arrange a date for a CPM chair to be delivered before my shoulder surgery. The phones were answered promptly and I was told a representative would call me to set up appointment. Jesse called me within an hour and we scheduled the delivery date. He was prompt with the delivery and setup. He thoroughly explained how the chair works. I am very happy with the customer service from JIM. Thank you!!
