To preface, my experience with the PT was good for the most part. She was knowledgable and understood the state I was in. Though she conveyed I would receive details and at-home exercises of the appointment via email but I never did. The main issues I experienced involved billing practices, appointment scheduling/cancellation procedures, and customer service. I'd like to highlight a few things: 1. Lauren Lee is an excellent PT. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient and I feel confident that I’m getting the best treatment possible. My program is personalized to my needs and my health goals. The facility is nice too, with lots of windows and new equipment.

I am very pleased with my care at Joint Ventures with Ms. Lee. I see competence, courtesy and improvement in my condition.
If you’re fighting chronic pain, give Joint Ventures a shot. This practice is scientific, effective, respectful, and honest (they never push unnecessary appointments to make an extra buck). Like all PT, you still have to put in the work oustide, but Joint Ventures has the expertise to keep you from wasting time and efforts in your recovery.
