Elicia is amazing -- one of the best physical therapists I've ever had!
To preface, my experience with the PT was good for the most part. She was knowledgable and understood the state I was in. Though she conveyed I would receive details and at-home exercises of the appointment via email but I never did. The main issues I experienced involved billing practices, appointment scheduling/cancellation procedures, and customer service. I'd like to highlight a few things: 1.
