I can’t recommend Erin enough. I injured my knee while dancing, and my MRI showed a bone bruise with a possible minor ACL tear. If PT didn’t work, surgery was the next step. I dance for hours every week and also strength-train, so my recovery wasn’t straightforward. Erin didn’t give me a generic treatment plan; she really took the time to understand my activities and tailored my exercises to fit them. Great PT experience! I’ve been working with Erin for several different issues, including muscle spasms, arm weakness, and post-concussion vestibular rehabilitation. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, responsive, and organized. Every session was thoughtful, with a clear treatment plan, detailed explanations, and practical exercises that were easy to follow and build on. Highly recommended!
