Erin is extremely knowledgeable, and communicates clearly and compassionatly. I felt very much like she listened carefully to what I said, and am grateful for her responses that demonstrated understanding and empathy. She's also got a great sense of humor!
I have been to so many physical therapists over the years for knee and spine pre and post surgery rehab, and Joint Ventures and Erin specifically have been the very best care I have received. Hands down the best.
Erin Ward is awesome! She cares, she provides you with really good exercises, and she makes sure you do them correctly, by revisiting them with you on a regular basis. On top of that she is super friendly. Highly recommend Erin!
