My names Akram , I have worked with Joint Seal for the last 6 years in 2 condominium corporations I managed. They will provide you with exceptional water proofing services. They are flexible with price and will be willing to work out any schedules you provide. Vanesa has helped greatly with coordinating and also with timely site visits to provide estimates. For those managers who forget, she will always do her best to follow up. The contractor staff they use are friendly and I highly recommend them.
JSW chipped away loose concrete and did a great job resurfacing and protecting my front porch and upper deck. They offered good advice too - Larry was patient and great at explaing their process and; how concrete gets damaged. They were quick, clean and friendly. They used or had licences to use the top products like MasterSeal. It's good to go with experts - another company wanted to use torch on/roofing materials... I had may quotes. My gf engineer thought these guys were the best of the bunch too... Thank you JSW.
