Incorrectly billed my insurance and sent me a bill. After contacting my insurance, it turns out I should not have even been charged a co-pay at the office. Closed down without any notice period. Now they won't answer their phones or email. I can't figure out how to get copies of my medical records. The voicemail box for medical record inquiries is full, so I don't think I'm alone. Complete patient abandonment.
Originally gave this practice five stars until about two months ago it completely disintegrated. Have two meds with them to help me control my severe pain. Last month, I requested they do a prior auth as was required by my insurance, they took two weeks and I was forced to get a short script of one med to buy myself 7 days (as recommended by my insurance and pharmacy) so my meds wouldn't be interrupted while they were still doing the prior auth, had to pay 123 dollars out of pocket for 7 pills because they are so expensive. ... read more
Had one treatment went in for 2 knee and Office was closed down Doctor left. The doctor‘s bedside manners was deplorable anyway I should’ve left the first day I went there, but I did receive some satisfaction in my right leg my right knee but he treated his staff horrible they say he left and they couldn’t they don’t have another doctor to fill-in for him so the whole office is closed down and it was so many patients there I wonder which way they went and the staff was left without a job horrible practice. These people do not get back to you. After multiple attempts through phone call/leaving voicemails, and messages through their website – they do not respond.
I have been with Dr. Zweiback’s practice for nearly 1 year and I can say that it has been extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to create a health care plan with Carly L. that has put me on the path to better health; and that is rare in healthcare! This practice VALUES the importance of including the patient when it comes to decision making. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zweiback’s practice!
