Indeed this is the third time I've been to Mr Munir's clinic. On this particular occasion I had a fall from my bicycle and hit a wall with my shoulder. He did a proper diagnosis and we both looked at the ultrasound together and he showed me where the injury that was causing me so much pain was and the inflammation.
