Attended with extremely painful elbow, after 1 session the pain had eased considerably. Have had 5 sessions so far, with wonderful results and finally getting back to normal. Very informative, personalised sessions with clear guidance on a plan and additional exercises/home treatment between sessions. Brian provided a great service. After a warm and relaxing introduction, Brian conducted an ultrasound scan very thoroughly, explaining where the problems were in my shoulder, which I had damaged in a fall.
