I emailed the lady Suzanne Costaine twice and got no response. I walked into the center twice for some help, left my number, and got no response. I called the fleet and family in Norfolk Virginia and got a call back the next day, the guy wouldnt even let me hang up the phone he was giving me so much information. So for anybody having these same issues maybe try using an entirely different state for better service.
