My spouse was to get MRI today at 9am which he personally made appointment 2weeks ago at the main Elmendorf hospital MRI clinic.The receptionist gave procedure informations and a written date/time.When he got there for the MRI appointment,the receptionist(same lady w long blonde hair)who gave him this appointment,told my husband was not in the schedule nor in the computer for MRi.She didn’t know what happen how she missed the scheduling. One of the girls that were in the room while my daughter was born was disgusted by the whole thing. My delivery was the best and easiest ever, hers was in that my daughter had pooped. Labs took forever, so when my daughter was jaundiced we would wait hours to get her heel pricked. Half the time they knew what they were doing.
