Dr. Shrivastava is the best! My right hip replacement was done as an outpatient and I was able to walk unassisted within 3 weeks of my surgery. My daily pain rating of 10 has been reduced to zero. I'm walking between 8,000 and 10,000 steps per day and working out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week.
Do not waste your time here. This office sucks and the doctor is so disorganized. He wasted my time saying he couldn’t help me after waiting for over an hour. Then he said that he would have a colleague “look” at my MRI results and never did. My primary had requested multiple times the notes from each visit and never sent them. He also told me he was going to expedite a referral to Bakersfield and NEVER DID! This doctor is a joke and I came out more frustrated than before. I had my right knee replaced in July and I was back to work in 3 months. Dr. Srivastava was amazing, listened was kind. And my knee and scare turned out Fabulous! Having my left knee done. The office staff is so nice and accommodating when coming to scheduling. There is not a long wait time. I would recommend Dr. Srivastava on any day. The other thing I really appreciated is that they have a text system, and text was answered in the same day. 5 star all the way!!
First my appointment gets canceled weeks out, with no other options only to find out the staff! They have has no need to help patients. We were treated so unprofessional and rude, disrespectfully, with poor manners of young staff.
