Amazing disappearing solor company......it looks like im spending my day looking for. A Lawyer since i cant cantact the company.
I've been trying to get in contact with someone for the last 2 weeks about my roof leaking after installing solar panels. No numbers have worked, the website is down and I'm only left to wonder if they're now out of business.
We requested to purchase solar from royal aire. When we had problems with our solar after many delays in startup, we found out our account was with Join. Now we are stuck. System quit working and join would not respond. Royal aire came out and fixed it. We lost 10 days of solar. They estimated our panels low and we have a high true up bill. Join is a shady outfit.
