Joiner Properties, LLC does a great job in our communities in and around Ellinwood and Great Bend providing quality living spaces at fair rental prices. They are quick to respond and provide excellent customer service. An added bonus is their community involvement.
They have the cleanest and most updated apartments in the great bend area.
We have rent from Joiner Properties for years . They have been the best landlords. Justin is always easy to reach for any question or problem that we may have and an issues are always taken care of that day or the next. I recommend renting from Joiner Properties.
I loved my place. They came and fixed things same day. Very good to rent from.
Best landlord I have ever experienced. He fixes things quickly. He communicates well and quickly if you have a question. I have even asked after business hours and have gotten a response when I didn’t think I would. I also had a field mouse in the house once and he had someone out to my house within the hour, before I even knew he responded. I call him Speedy Gonzales. If I could give him 100 stars I would.
