I’ve been renting from Joiner Properties for three months now. Five stars, hands down for me. Highly recommended.
I never normally write reviews, but due to the poor communication I had, this had to be said. I had a horrible experience with Joiner Properties. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, and several things were broken. The office staff was hard to get ahold of and unhelpful. When I moved out, they kept all of my security deposit. I would not recommend renting anything from them.
One of the worst experiences I have had trying to apply for housing. So I fill out a application online. For housing thru Joiner. Paid a application fee. No nothing back from them for weeks. So I call them. Still mums the word. Then I get notice that oh now that place has been rented. So I send a request for another one. And they want me to start all over with a brand new application when I have one on file. So I respond I have a application on file. Crickets. Worst landlord ever. Very rude and insulting communication after you sign the lease. No taking care of the property. Every time there was an issue they tried to quiet us with bad mouthing and they didn’t return the deposit.
They don’t even deserve one star. Lease is poor-written and they lied to me when I asked them regarding one of the clauses prior to signing the lease. They are rude and lack any manner. I don’t recommend them at all
