I called Joi with Joiful hair studio to book my appointment was told it would be $90 for a partial highlight (I'm from Pennsylvania and that is the same l paid at my previous salon). My appointment was booked for 10:30 am and Joi pushed the appointment back twice to 11:15 am, she did not arrive until 11:26 am, which I found incredibly rude as I had planned my work meetings around the time.
