Great place extremely friendly staff and always willing to do anything to make sure you’re comfortable. The treatment itself was tolerable the lumecca had a little sting but tolerable. Jen did a great job and I am so excited to see my results.

Jennifer is so kind and caring. I was a bit nervous when I first went to the spa, as I am 60+ years old and had never had any treatments on my face. Jen made me feel very comfortable right away. I had Lumecca/IPL to remove brown spots from my face, which had accumulated after too many years in the sun without sunscreen. The results were amazing. I absolutely LOVE Joie Spa -- Jen is INCREDIBLE, and the entire staff/front desk is super friendly. She really took her time to discuss my needs, what my concern areas were, and the best ways to approach/tackle them. She washed my face before the treatment, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the treatments. The results from my treatments were outstanding! I trust her entirely with my face :)
