I used saffron from Joie De Vivre Saffron Farm to make a saffron honey butter, and it turned out incredible. The threads were bright, aromatic, and added the perfect floral warmth. You can tell they put real care into their harvest — it’s rare to find saffron this fresh and this thoughtfully grown. I highly recommend them!
