Very upscale elegant boutique, I stayed at while looking for housing here in San Francisco after a move from put of town. However, those billing practices are less than professional hospitalityl industry standard. Was billed 3x for a bottle of house lotion, which I never was reimbursed for. $I 5 ×3....they billed my credit card for my stay amount even though I payee via a second party site, held the amount open after checkout, would not close the open amount on my credit account after I checked out, paid in full, even after ... read more
After making reservations 3 weeks before our trip they claimed THAT our room was located on the ground floor instead of the 2nd floor, because it was the New Year's weekend they could make a lot more money for the 2nd floor rooms than what I paid, so they insisted the room I reserved was on the 1st floor even though the notes on the reservation Said otherwise. Will never book with them again, RIP OFF COMPANY!!
We are going there for my birthday. I made the reservations a few days ago and was assured several times that the card would not be charged until we actually check in. At 8 this morning, I saw that not only did they charge my card, but also the 60 dollar incidental fee, which that clearly states the incidental fee is not charged until check in.
