The last visit I had with this office for my Aunt who I take care of was HORRIBLE. I understand about Covid and all that but the office staff was not professional and efficient in any way in dealing with patients. My Aunt had been going there for quite a while but the person at the door did not want me to go back with her due to Covid restrictions. My Aunt is mentally handicapped and extremely hard of hearing. VERY unprofessional practice. I drove an hour out to see Joi Nichols bc she was recommended to me. I noticed I was going to be late so called twice to let them know and got no answer. When I arrived, I was turned around bc they have a 10 minute grace period and I was 10 minutes late. I was not told or aware of the late policy either. I will never be returning to this location & would highly NOT recommend. Parking is horrible too
Excellent doctor very knowledgeable and kind.
