I had to transfer my care to Kelsey Seybold due to my insurance changing at more than 20 weeks pregnant. Today was my first appointment and she answered all my questions and concerns. The nurse had told us she was running late but she did not rush us at all. I am relieved that she took the time to make me feel comfortable and heard.

Unfortunately, my experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, uncomfortable and left me feeling disregarded as a patient. Firstly, she exhibited rude, condescending, and aggressive behavior during the consultation. When I requested confirmation regarding cysts, instead of offering clear information, she attempted to give me a “counting lesson,” which was unnecessary and unhelpful. I love Dr Joi. She keeps it real with me when I need it. I appreciate that very much. She really takes the time to listen to you. We all know this is becoming a very rare quality in Drs now. She asks the questions to get the most out of you. Her recommendations are insightful and clear. She goes over all options for you; the good ones and the bad ones -which could potentially have issues down the road. She keeps your best interests and needs at the forefront of your appointments. Highly recommend!!

I tried twice with Dr. Smith, and both times I was left sitting and waiting for a long period of time without any updates on the delay. On both occasions, I had to call the nurse to check if they had forgotten about my appointment. I was given no explanation as to why my 3:15 PM appointment led to waiting until 4:36 PM. I eventually left. Right when I got onto Highway 45, Nurse Kendra called my cell and asked if I was still in the building. Ugh, no! They will have you waiting forever, as if you don't have other things to do ... read more
