Pleasant environment, but the cut was not as soft as the pictures of the type of style I showed her I desired. I received a more masculine cut, with the sides taken off a bit too much. When I expressed that I was not completely satisfied with the results, Joi seemed to play it off as if it was just the product in my hair that made the cut not look how I expected, but that was not the case.
