My first time here, she analyzed my hair and we discussed a plan. I wanted a relaxer and she proved to me that I didn’t need one. I have gray hair and came out of there lit. Very good experience and am going back. She even told what to book for my next appointment. She knows her stuff.
Pleasant environment, but the cut was not as soft as the pictures of the type of style I showed her I desired. I received a more masculine cut, with the sides taken off a bit too much. When I expressed that I was not completely satisfied with the results, Joi seemed to play it off as if it was just the product in my hair that made the cut not look how I expected, but that was not the case.
