Dr Irving truly cares and listens. Her staff is also awesome!
WOW!! So impressed! I am very cautious about doctors as I have significant medical history. A friend Recommended Dr. Irving to me and I was so shocked at how amazing her bed side manner is. I felt like she listened and even addressed things that with my health that had not occurred to me. SHE IS THE BEST Update: 3 years later and still happy! Dr. IRVING IS AMAZING!!
This review is about the front office staff, not Dr. Irving. The front office staff is horribly rude and has zero customer service skills! I changed insurance and was having a problem setting up my PCP. The receptionist was loud and rude and wouldn't listen. When I tried to speak, she just talked over me. She even told me that it wasn't their problem. Yelling at a patient through the phone is unacceptable!! I'll find a PCP in another office..
I visited Dr. Irving for the first time, the visit was amazing! Dr. Irving gives you the feeling that she has time for you, there is no rush off to the next room, she makes it a safe space, so that you feel you're being listened to, your concerns matter and she works to help find a resolution, it restored my confidence in visiting the doctor, I make the almost hour drive as well, because one would for outstanding care.
Love her. Explains things very well. Caring....a real person who understands!
