Medical care in NH is substandard in comparison to other areas of the country and I have come to expect the rude and complacent service of medical offices here but it still doesn't make it acceptable. This office doesn't schedule follow up appointments. They allegedly send a letter in the mail 2 months prior to your desired appointment time asking you to schedule an appointment.
