I have been seeing Glenda for about 7 months now. In that short time she has given me the tools to be a better communicator. Not just with others, but also with myself. I have never felt so comfortable talking to a therapist. There is this notion that therapy is spilling your guts to a stranger or that it is awkward and uncomfortable. This experience, this woman, has really been my saving grace! So down to earth, very easy to talk to, and knows exactly how to use the correct words at the correct times at the appropriate moment! Her honesty and love for her job has saved my life in so many way! Highly recommend Mrs. Glenda!

LOVE your counseling and psychotherapy ideas and principles.
