I moved to Johnstown over a year ago, and wanted to find a gym. I tried a few places, but had such a hard time as nothing fit my style or schedule. I joined Johnstown Strength in the beginning if February and won't ever look back! I was nervous about the crossfit style classes at first, because I've never done anything like that.
