I cannot say enough good things about Johnstown Jewelers! I had such a great experience here! This local, family-owned jeweler went above and beyond. I brought in a new watch that needed resizing and an heirloom ring that was missing a tiny pearl. The woman who helped me was so warm and kind. She offered to work on the more challenging watch while I stepped out for a bit, and when I came back, it fit perfectly. This is a beautiful shop tucked away, that I didn't notice until I needed a necklace repaired. The woman was so kind and helpful. She was able to fix the broken chain while I waited. I so appreciated it! Gorgeous jewelry on display in there, as well.
Went in with a watch that no one would help shrink down. Not only did I get assistance, but apparently the watch broke one of her tools! I was shocked! But she was so sweet about it and we laughed it off. I will be coming back again. So friendly!
