Dropped it off on a 8am Friday for an insurance claim and they have not done anything and today is a Tuesday about ten minutes to 5pm. I had to call them several times to find out what the status of my truck is.
Great service, great people to deal with, and the repair was fantastic. Getting a brand new $60k car with 2000 miles on it damaged sucks, but the repair was 1st rate, and it looks new again.
