I recommend Johnston’s carpet and upholstery cleaning very much. They’re efficient, polite and punctual with their work. They’re accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone, my family and friends and I would use them again. They’re great!
I recommend this company because they provide excellent service, they leave your carpets as good as new, or if you need them to clean your couch they gladly do it, they are also very kind people, punctual and when you need them they will be there I highly recommend
Very disappointed with Johnston's customer service and do not recommend this company. I don't write reviews but I felt with the lack of sympathy this deserved to be shared. I called Johnston's to schedule a cleaning about a month ago, notifying them that my housekeeper called me saying that my renters had made quite a mess so far on the dining room chairs, dining room rug and couch. I pre-scheduled them a month advance to come clean up when the renters checked out as I had another renter checking in two days later. I called ... read more
