I have been dealing with Johnstone supply for about the past 5 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have treated me with respect every time I go in the store. The girls up in Rhode Island that deal with your bills have treated me with respect. Don, Hillary, and Dan the manager all have their strong points in different areas of the trade. Completely horrible from the first second I stepped in there. Everyone there is completely incompetent and rude as hell. Been in this trade for 50 years, not one of them understood what I needed even though I have the part numbers and spec sheets. Absolutely the worst supply house I've ever been to
