Completely horrible from the first second I stepped in there. Everyone there is completely incompetent and rude as hell. Been in this trade for 50 years, not one of them understood what I needed even though I have the part numbers and spec sheets. Absolutely the worst supply house I've ever been to

Great and helpful staff. Clean showroom. I was in town visiting some family. They had the parts in stock I needed and helped me get my aunt’s condenser back up and running. Thanks from a fellow Johnstone Supply employee.
The best place around russ the manager is a great knowledgeable man if they don't carry the parts or the manufacturer your looking russ will find it for you or point you in the best direction possible he has been in the business for a very long time knows all the secrets and ways to get the job done right and with the best parts for the job thank you for saving me multiple times and still continue to do that appreciate you russ and everyone at Johnstone supply
