I’ve been going here for a while, Brian Justin Dillon great counter guys. Arron One of the account managers over there great guy! I’ve had a couple problems in the past and I’ll tell you, Allyssa in warranty. I won’t call another company if I have a problem 10 out of 10 Best Customer Service ever literally calls back a couple times to make sure everything has gone through!!

We use this Johnstone branch for our company. Brian is a great guy and always friendly and easy to work with, which makes a big difference. The only issue is the pricing. It is pretty high compared to the supplier across the street, and a few of the items we needed were literally double the price. That makes it tough to keep coming back even though the service is solid. If the prices were more competitive, we would probably use them a lot more.
