Horrible customer service. The person on the phone wasted 15 minutes searching for an account number because they are completely unable to spell in basic English. Didn’t have the part after all that.
I visited this store to buy an AC part, and the customer service was very disappointing. The employee was rude and told me not to come back again. This is not how customers should be treated. I will not be returning.
